Efaas Verification walkthrough

Please follow the steps below to verify your identity using Efaas. It is recommended to follow these steps on a computer or laptop and only continue on your mobile phone when you are asked to do so at verification on step 11

1. Go to efaas.gov.mv
2. Click on Password Login
3. Type your Username and Password and click Login button
4. Select your preferred authentication method (SMS or Email) and click Continue button
5. Type in OTP that you received through SMS or email and click Continue button
6. You will be logged in to Efaas profile page
7. Click Verify Now button
8. You must re-enter your password and click Continue button
9. Biometric plugin would load (this may take from few seconds to few minutes depending on browser)
10. When biormetric plugin loads up, click on or continue on a phone link below
11. A QR code would be shown. Use your smartphone camera and scan the QR code
12. A webpage would load on your smartphone for verification. Click on I'm Ready button
13. Allow permission for smartphone to use camera. (Ensure that camera is allowed)
14. Follow instructions as provided on screen for verification
15. Once done, go back to computer and click on Continue on this device button
16. Verification will be processed and success message would be shown
